Manicure & Pedicure Training Course

You will learn:

• Structure of the nail and anatomy of the hand, arm, foot and leg
• Client consultation
• Salon hygiene and sanitisation, COSHH
• Contra-indications/Contra-actions
• Nail shaping and cuticle work
• Massage procedures
• Lacquer application for French and Dark Polish
• Completing an Avoplex OPI Manicure and Pedicure
• Aftercare Advice

You will need:

• To complete a written exam and practical assessment
• To compile a portfolio of written and photographic evidence

Duration:

• 2 consecutive days with a further assessment date

Additional Info:

This course is accreditated by OPI and includes insurance cover for 12 months. You can progress this qualification to an SVQ/VRQ at an additional cost.
